Please note:

1. Tourist tax
In accordance with the Municipal Regulations on tourist tax adopted by the Municipality of Naples, the relevant tax must be paid in cash upon arrival and before the room is handed over. It is the customer's responsibility to obtain the amount in cash in advance in order to fulfill this obligation.

2. Check-in and check-out times
• Check-in is only permitted between 2:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m.
• Guests who do not arrive by 10:00 p.m. without having previously agreed on alternative arrangements will be considered a “no-show,” resulting in the cancellation of the reservation and the application of the relevant penalties.
• Check-ins after 10:00 p.m. are an extra service subject to a fee to be agreed in advance with the property, and the property reserves the right to accept or refuse them based on availability.

3. Luggage storage
Any requests for luggage storage on arrival must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance. The property does not guarantee the availability of this service free of charge.

4. Key delivery and safekeeping
The customer will be given a copy of the keys to the room/property. It is the customer's responsibility to keep them safe.
In the event of loss or forgetting the keys inside the room outside reception opening hours (2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.), the property does not guarantee that it will intervene to allow entry.

5. Vehicle access
Vehicles are not allowed inside the building, even for loading/unloading luggage, in compliance with condominium regulations and safety rules.

6. Accessibility for people with disabilities
The property is not equipped to accommodate people with motor disabilities, as it does not have the infrastructure required by Ministerial Decree 236/1989 and regulations on the removal of architectural barriers.

7. Pets
Pets are not allowed inside the property.

8. Food and drink service
The facility is not authorized to serve food and drink, in accordance with current regulations on non-hotel accommodation.

9. Parking
The facility does not have private parking. The search for and choice of a garage, whether affiliated or public, is the responsibility and expense of the customer.

10. Additional beds
Any additional beds, if available, are subject to an extra charge of €20.00 per night.

11. Linen change
For stays of less than seven (7) days, requests for towel and sheet changes are an extra service subject to a fee, in accordance with the provisions of Campania Regional Regulation no. 4/2014 for non-hotel accommodation facilities.
For stays of seven days or more, a weekly change is included at no extra cost.

12. We do not provide luggage storage service
