The most booked area is the city centre, Downtown and the Centro Storico, with the San Lorenzo basilica, Spaccanapoli and the pizzerias within a walk. Here a stay sits around the city average. It costs more in elegant Chiaia with its Prada and Armani boutiques and in seafront Posillipo with its views over the bay. The Quartieri Spagnoli, the narrow lanes just off Via Toledo, are full of character and affordable, handy for families and business as everything is close by.
